If you have an issue with a purchase of Dilithium or a Special Offer, please let us know immediately by submitting a request, and providing a screenshot of the receipt showing the reference number of your purchase.
Regarding receipts please note the following:
- For iOS, the date displayed on the email receipt is often not the date of the actual purchase.
More information available here: - For Android, should you no longer have the email receipt, you will be able to find the receipt by looking at your purchase history via https://payments.google.com/ and selecting the relevant purchase.
- For Facebook, you can find your purchase history by going to Settings, and then Payments.
- For Steam, you can click your screen name at the top-right to get to your Account page, and then click "view purchase history".
- For Amazon, you can click the top-left menu button and then "Your Orders".
- For Microsoft, you can log in to check your Order History via the button at the bottom of this page.
