The Replicator can be found in the Get Menu when seeking out a specific Item, along with the list of missions that can be run for a chance to get that Item.
The Replicator allows you to generate Items by scrapping other Items present in your inventory. Using the Replicator takes Credits (currency) and Fuel (inventory items). Much like regular crafting, the cost increases as the quality Item you are creating increases.
The cost in Items destroyed in the replication process - the “fuel” needed to replicate - is based on the quality of the Item that you’re trying to craft vs. the quality and type of Items fueling the replication. Crafting components will be generally cheaper than crafting more complex equipment, for example, and crafting five-star equipment will require more fuel than four-star equipment.
The best way to fuel the Replicator is with Replicator Rations, which are much more efficient that miscellaneous Items and serve no other purpose. These can be obtained from a few sources, the best being Voyages and any Cadet Challenges that specifically provide them.
Almost all equipment can be replicated, with the exception of some special items such as Gold-Pressed Latinum.
